Return Policy

axeleration.net takes great pride in shipping only merchandise that is in excellent condition. However, if you feel it necessary to return or exchange an item, please contact us via email, within 10 days of the order date.

Merchandise may be returned for a refund or an exchange. There is a 15% re-stocking fee for all returned merchandise. All returned merchandise must be in unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and undamaged condition.

Refunds are issued as credit back to your PayPal account or the Credit/Debit card used in the initial payment. There are no cash refunds for purchases made with Credit/Debit cards or through PayPal.

If you are returning merchandise which you paid for with cash at one of our racing events, you will need your proof of purchase in order to make this return or exchange. A check will be mailed to you for the amount owed, minus the 15% re-stocking fee and, if applicable, re-shipping fees, once your returned merchandise is received.

Shipping & Handling fees on all orders are non-refundable.

Gift Certificates are non-refundable. All purchases made by redeeming a Gift Certificate are non-refundable. These items can only be exchanged.

axeleration.net reserves the right to refuse issuing a refund or an exchange on any merchandise sent back to us for which it deems to be in unacceptable or unsatisfactory condition, as well as merchandise received later the 10-day time allowance on returns and/or exchanges.
